The combination of peanut butter and chocolate make this fudge one of my favorites.

Besides being delicious, it is easy to make.
It only has 3 ingredients,
and you whip it up in a blender.
2 hours later you have the best peanut butter fudge with chocolate drizzle to indulge on.
Here’s a bonus-if you are doing the keto diet, it is keto friendly!

Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter {unsweetened if following the Keto diet}
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- optional: pinch salt only if your peanut butter is unsalted
- vanilla liquid stevia optional or sweetener of choice to taste
- Topping:
- Chocolate chips {Lily’s if following Keto}
- 2 T. coconut oil
Instructions
- Slightly melt or soften the peanut butter and coconut oil together in the microwave or low heat on the stove.
- Add this to your blender and add the milk and sweetener.
- Blend until combined.
- Pour into a parchment lined 8 by 5 loaf pan.
- Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
- To make the drizzle topping:
- Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl.
- Stir.
- Slowly soften/melt in microwave stirring and checking often to prevent burning.
- Drizzle over the top of the fudge.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
